At this time, I am not in network with insurances. I take payments via credit card or HSA/FSA. I also offer superbills that can be used for reimbursement with insurances depending on your insurance plan.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Flex Spending Accounts
If you have a flex spending account through your employer we can accept that for all private pay options.
Questions to Ask Insurance
Call the number on the back of your health insurance card and ask these questions:
Does my plan cover nutrition counseling?
(give them the CPT codes 97802, 97803)
Are there any restricted diagnoses?
(specifically code Z71.3 and if it's covered as preventative)
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?
Is nutrition counseling covered via telehealth?
How many visits are covered?
Do I have a deductible to meet before insurance pays?

Initial Assessment Session: $249.00
90 min client facing
+ 30-60 min non-facing client time
e.g. collaborating with your team and writing notes and letters (total 2-2.5hrs)
Nutrition Therapy Session: $135.00
50 min client facing
+ 10 min non-facing client time
Short Review Nutrition Therapy Session: $75.00
25 min client facing
+ 5 min non-facing client time

For insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to them for reimbursement directly to you, once you meet your deductible, and subject to your coinsurance, etc. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Payment is due upon receipt of services and prior to your next scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION Policy
An appointment changed at the last minute, or not attended, is a loss to three people:
- The client who is delaying their progress;
- Clients on the waiting list who have not received enough notice to attend;
- The practitioner who spent the time preparing for the session
We kindly ask that your provide more than 24-hours notice prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We require 24-hours notice by phone, text or email for cancelled appointments.
Appointments cancelled within 24-hours, or that are missed will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
These time-frames are in business hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday) and exclude weekends.
